SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free standard ground shipping to anywhere in the U.S. states after an actual minimum spend of $99 before taxes and after discounts (3 to 6 business days, this is after processing time).

If you are excited and would like to receive your products sooner, other shipping options are available for an additional cost.

All international orders are subject to import duties and taxes owed by the buyer.

PROCESSING TIMES
Fallen's warehouse hours are from 9 am - 4 pm EST Mon-Fri. All orders are shipped from our Carlsbad, California warehouse. Any order placed on Friday after 11am will be sent out on the following Monday.

Processing times are subject to change during new releases, holidays and/or high volume days; if you need it faster, additional shipping speeds are optional.
Shipping Speed does not include Processing Time, they are two different operations and are measured differently.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION/TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email once the item has been shipped.

We always send tracking and it may be in your spam folder or in your secondary email that you entered at checkout.
